AS GOOD AS IT GETS!  Pictured  above are my 3 grandchildren from a recent family vacation to Destin, Florida, traveling with my husband Dave of 38 years, were GG (Great Grandmother Thelma) daughter Stacy & Harley (middle), son Derek, his wife Amy, Bowen and Brooklee. Next to family our home is probably the most important thing in our lives.

In my life I have moved 12 times. Dave and I have owned over 36 properties, rentals, both upper and lower end, single family, multi-units, farm land, investment properties, VA, HUD and are currently in the process of restoring a 1890 Victorian, our 4^th  Restoration project on the same street.  I have dealt with Section 8, helped establish a historical district, attended city meetings regarding zoning/planning and marketed foreclosures. Dave recently retired from MAB Paints as regional manager and has been a wealth of knowledge in new construction. When the restoration project is complete we plan to sell and possibly build, but like so many are also looking for the perfect location.
